i want to go back to school for some reason and thats keeps me up since i have a weekn a half til then. i normally m********e before going to sleep but recently ive been trying to break that habit cause my p***s is starting to hurt ne way. when i deprive myself that "privelage" i stress and cannot go to sleep. what can i do instead to help me get asleep? i am only 14 so i am not going to get pills or drugs.
