Question:

How can i get to sleep easily?

I can't get to sleep mainly because I'm excited and can't stop thinking about it.

  1. Exercise a bit, then take a relaxing warm bath, go to your quiet, cool dark bedroom, get into the bed, and close your eyes. Starting at your feet, picture them heavy and tired, move up your body, picturing each part to be heavy and tired after you get to your neck and head, you should be drifting off.Sometimes, it helps to drink a glass of milk, or to eat a bowl of cereal before going to bed.  


  2. Sleeping pills.

  3. try listining to music. i allways fall asleep, or try reading a book. reading books makes alot of people sleepy, and it gets you distracted.  

  4. Try listening to the radio, I find a talk channel helps as when you are listening to the chat you are not thinking about your own thoughts... before you know it you'll drift off in no time.  

  5. I agree with the above susgestions. You can also try: take a bath in warm water, drink some wine, or have s*x.  

  6. Warm milk is a good source. But if your mind is very active, it is hard & you do need something to sedate you.

    try to take Panadol Night or Panadol ( the Green Box )
