Offer to teach Chinese to people in a blog.  During the interaction, allow comments and questions, and start a dialogue with someone of the opposite gender.  See where this is going?  If you can communicate enough to have an american fall in love with you - usually a rich liberal, hard to find, but possible... then get married, and dual citizenship ensues.
