How can i get visiter visa of USA from UK?i have HSMP status from India?

right now i have HSMP before I had 1 year student visa now I have 2 year HSMP I am 28 year old single

Unless you can prove you have strong family ties in the UK, along with a lease, bank accounts, school, anything that ties you to the UK and won't give the USA reason to believe you are going to stay, its a slight chance you can get a visit visa. I had a friend try to get a visit visa who was from India who was studying in the UK, and that visit visa was denied! It's a hard thing to come by!

Since you are only on a HSMP visa and you aren't a citizen and don't hold indefinte leave to remain, you are goin to have to prove that you have significant ties to the UK which will ensure that you will have to return to the UK. Significant ties include a job, a house, family etc. Some ties are more significant than others, eg owning a house would be more compelling than having a job. You have to bring proof of these ties to the visa interview. If you are eligible, you should have no problem getting a visa.
