How can i get waves on my head all around 360 style?

Don't use a kit, studies show it makes you go bald.

Brush during the day.  Use Pink Lotion (Google it) to soften up your hair.  Then brush.

Use a pomade and a du-rag at night.  That will hold your waves in place while you sleep.

I'm pretty sure you've tried the pomade hair wave products like 360 stylin', sportin' waves, spartan, etc. My friend uses vaseline with either a du-rag or wave cap, try it, if it doesn't work try getting one of those kits in a box that activates wavy curly hair to give you that 360 look.
