  1. Ask it from someone.  Don't download pirated softwares.

    Legal: Umm, sorry pal. To get FULLY AND PROPERLY licensed windows vista, your gonna have to pay up to a 1000 USD for it.

    Dodgy: Well, this is gonna break a *cough* few *cough* intellectual property laws. I highly advise against this. You can either download it from the internet via P2P clients or various dodgy websites, but this is gonna be so full of viruses it's not worth downloading.

    I highly advise against downloading it for free, it's pretty dodgy.
