Your going to be hard pressed to get in unless your a nurse or a few other select occupations.  With the EU expansion it's getting harder and harder.  One way is to look for jobs in Ireland and the company may move you over and get a work permit for you.  Saves a lot of expense.  Try www.irishjobs.ie
