I always use movavi flash converter, it is able to download and convert youtube.com, myspace.com, video.google.com, metacafe.com, dailymotion.com, blip.tv, break.com, ifilm.com to AVI (DivX, XviD, etc), MPEG4 (iPod, MP4), 3GPP (GSM), 3GPP2 (CDMA), QuickTime (MOV), WMV, Flash (FLV), WMA or WAV.etc, I have used it for long time, it works ok for me, if you need, here you can free download it to have a try
