How can i get youtube vids onto my new ipod nano?

Question

i did the whole "save target" thing and put a vid onto my comp, how do i get it into my ipod library? i tried, i even downloaded the whole folder into my library, but it didnt show

i downloaded it from google, tho the videos from youtube
