How can i give a GOOD massage?

Download the ebooks below, use bittorrent program. When massaging, use Almond Oil or Cocconut Oil {great for dandruff}.There are good short-course/part-time massage courses you can learn at your local college or Leisure Centre by massage professionals.

Well, I know that it feels good if you take your finger and thumb on both sides of the spine and rub going down.

Not s**y, but it sure does feel good.

everyone is different, but honestly it feels good just to be touched, often those places are not given attention and even the lightest massage is better than nothing
