How can i give access to member inviting?

i am a moderator, i wish to give access to members for invit other ,is it possible?

  1. the group owner may be able to adjust this in 'management' settings


  2. The group owner has to give the "privileges" to those moderators, too. Otherwise, you cannot give those to the members as a moderator.

  3. Yes, but only if some of those other members are moderators too.
