  1. sounds like you could be in some sh*t... contact your country's embassy here in the US

  2. book a flight

  3. There's no problem going home.  You won't be allowed to come back, however.

  4. You won't have any problems at all going back to your own country...

You will have problems if you try to reenter the USA.

  5. Buy a ticket, fly back home. You won't be detained for leaving, but you may not be allowed to return due to overstaying.

  6. US immigration is not in the business of preventing foreigners from leaving the US, and won't stop or detain you for staying here too long. As long as you have a valid passport for your country, you shouldn't have any problem going home. As Yak Rider says, coming back in the future will be a problem.

  7. You have no problem leaving the US and returning to your own country.  The length of time you overstayed your visa determines how long you will be barred from re-entry.  The longer the overstay, the longer the ban, so the sooner you depart, the better for you.

  8. You can go back to your own country anytime you wish, but will not be allowed to enter the U. S. of A. again.

  9. I can't imagine that you would have any problem leaving the US.  Do you anticipate a problem entering your own country?
