How can i go swimming when i have my period?

everyone says "use a tampon" i did last time and that didn't really work out to well

go swimming with out one you wont bleed in the pool just when your sure you want to get out go to the bathrood as fast as  you can and put on a pad or tampon whatever you use

its ok just keep trying cause that it really your only option lol. It does take some practice to get it right though so good luck!

wear a tampon make sure its in all the way or it will be irritating. I used to have problems with that back in the day. Just make sure its in all the way. Well good luck

Okay, well if you want to use a tampon on the day you go swimming I would practice wearing a tampon before you go to the pool. You also might have had the wrong absorbency for your menstrual flow. Also what happened beacause your tampon might not have been inserted properally.

A tampon, ive heard people say u can go in the water and your period will stop, but i highly doubt that, so u just have to keep practicing or wait until it is over to swim.
