How can i go to TOGO?

I live in india, I want to go to TOGO (west africa),how can i go to there? I meet to travel agent for the visa,but he said me no any visa reqired for this country,because you will get on arrival visa for TOGO,so is it true? if no,so tell me how can i go to there? i want to tourist visa.

Many African countries do not have embassies in every country. They simply have not that money. Therefore they’re cooperating with other countries, sharing them consular service, just like the Commonwealth Countries for example do that. So usually – except the relations between your country and the country you like to visit aren’t too bad – you can easily apply a tourist visa on demand while entering the country on it’s border checkpoint, in a harbour or airport. So it is in case of Togo. Don’t worry, India ahs been still a neutral country, having rather good relations to almost all countries of the world. Only citizens of Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Cabo Verde, Liberia, Mali, Mauretania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal and Sierra Leone do not need a visa. As I know, as a owner of an Indian passport you can obtain Visa on arrival for max. 7 days. Only you need a proof when you want to leave the country (for example your returnal ticket), a passport valid for the whole duration of stay in Togo and some money for the charges.
