yes, you can ,

Try moyea flv converter tool, it contains a free flv downloader,

Download the video in flv format to your computer

You can Grab the Video (FLV file) and then convert it in MP3...

To download you-tube video try "Free Download manager" and to convert it into MP3 just google "media converter", you can find many websites providing this online..
