How can i grow my shoulder lengh hair out faster?

i have shorter than shoulder length hair (maybe by an inch) and it used to be down to my mid back. How can i get it back that was w/o it takeing years?

well just keep it healthy and getting regular trims can make it grow faster.there is nothing really,you could maybe try a natural remedy from a natural health food shop...?

washing it

oil it when it needs to be oiled

don't wear it in a ponytail alot let i be down

don't let other people in your hair not un less you know them very while
