How can i have a driving license in dubai ?

I am arriving to dubai on working visa, & would like to know what are the procedure & documents required for having a driving license & can i apply for it during my working visa.

You can't apply for a driving licence while you're on an employment visa. You have to wait until company organises work permit and residence visa. Then, depending on your nationality, you can either just exchange your own driving licence, or you'll need to do 20-40 lessons at a driving school and sit a test.

Well....i am american so i just gave my USA drivers licence and paied small money then i got local DL. So it depends from what country you are coming form. For some countries you need take school and driving test. Please feel free to contact me if you have more questions.

yes you can, if you have a international licence you'll get 20 classes less, for this all you have to do is, get a NOC letter from your company, go for a eye testing, if you have a licence go for attestation and apply in a driving school.

but honestly its tough to get a driving licence, goodluck for u :)
