I know you are probably laughing or am thinking there is something seriously wrong with me, but it's true i have never had a nightmare and want to have one. I am sixteen now, not one single nightmare and i barely have any dreams, i guess technically never remember them. I am curious to

see what my mind will conjure up for me, i want to see what i fear in

my mind. Strange huh? Anyway don't worry about my mental state.

Anyway so this brings me to my question:

How can i have a nightmare?

  1. Wow thats an interesting question. Answer above is quite right. Fill up before going to bed, milk usually will do the trick. Focus on (I hate to say this!) negative thoughts and feelings as you fall asleep.

    Good Luck.

  2. Well, I often have nightmares, in fact, now that I think about it, it's all I have, but they aren't scary to me, I guess I'm used to it.

But, most times, when I have the real freaky ones, I ate a big meal right before bed, or like ♥ homeschoolmommaof2forjesus ♥ said, spicy food works. Something that causes your stomach to really work while you sleep, or maybe a nice scary movie before bed... iono, it's different for everybody. I'm stressed a lot, since childhood, so that's why I have em, I suppose.

  3. i agree, cheese = NIGHTMARE. I hate them, i have nightmares all the time, really bad ones. I dont really eat cheese b4 bed, but if i do im kinda garanteed one.

  4. I have nightmares when I eat something spicy right before bed. Sounds crazy, huh? Try it!

  5. If you eat cheese before you sleep you have MORE dreams, so a pissibility of a nightmare :)

  6. Buy an Xbox 360, purchase Dead Rising and if possible one of the original last gen Fatal Frames (if one came out for regular Xbox), and play each of them for 3 hours straight, at night, all alone, with the lights off and while wearing headphones (stereo).  At the end of it all watch the original "Night of the Living Dead."

First class express to nightmare central; guaranteed.
