How can i have my address and phone number removed from yahoo listing?

go to edit profile (in my profile, top right of your screen) and delete it

If you have Y! Classic Mail, sign in to your mail, on the far right you should see a link for "Options" or "Mail Options" click on it, it will bring you to a new page. In the left column the bottom link should be "Account Information." Once you get to that page you can edit any information you have about your account except your birthdate.

Y! Mail Beta, when you sign in (I can't remember for certain, this is from memory, I don't use Beta anymore) at the top left near the Y! logo there should be a direct link to Account Information.
