I used to have a brace, but i only had them on for about 10 months, I think the braces did brilliant job but i think it was a bit rushed as the practice closed shortly after. My teeth were straight for a while but they have been slowly moving again. I am now 20 and while my teeth are straight enough i still have a few wonky ones. How can i get them perfectly straight again? I dont think i could go through having a brace at my age, would i be able to have a removable brace or something?

  1. YH- My Mum has one at the moment, its transparent and you can barely see it, and you can remove it to eat and drink!

    Just ask ur dentist =D

  2. ask the doc

  3. Try going to your dentist and asking about a retainer

  4. Have your dentist file them down and make them straight across.

  5. look into invisalign.

  6. didn't they give you a retainer? maybe try invisalign.

  7. after braces you have to wear a retainer.

  8. You could ask your dentist for a retainer to use at night, which stops the teeth moving.
