Hon, pay no attention to her. I`ve read some of her statements here. She claims she`s mature enough to make a normal conversation, but it`s obvious she is always seeking an opportunity to provoke people with rude answers, which are completely without proper arguments. The best thing is to ignore her.

As for the question, I agree with the previous answers given here. Practice. Nothing more. ;)

Why would you want his forehand ? Because he won the Rome title (which was practically gift wrapped to him)!!! Now you reckon he`s amazing right? along with all the other Novak fans. But hey if you dont want to progress with your tennis by all means try and learn how Novak hits his forehand :) listen to tennis is the best, some good advice, besides it shouldnt be that hard to learn like Djokovic :) Good Day Sir !!

practice practice practice. See some slow motion vids of his forehand if they are available. Or they might be available soon once he reaches #1 and dominates tennis alongwith Rafa.

You could also get some match of his and slow down that video to see how exactly he's hitting his shots and try to shadow practice them.

It's the same forehand that he used for demolishing rafa at IW, the same forehand he used for defeating the so called king at the aussie open and then defeat the the guy at the finals who demolished rafa at the semi's. So learn it, it belongs to #3 now, soon to be #2 and then #1.
