How can i help in china?

i recently saw on tv the horror of what people in chine are facing..specially the kids.. it broke my heart to see a well dressed little boy crying his eyes out looking for his family... every time i think of him i get all choked up.. is there any way possible to find out what is the chinese goverment doing for the thousands of kids that are roaming the streets in search of their parents?? i wish i could help from here.. my prayers are with them .. its a devastating situation.

So, my suggestion to you is to continue to keep the Chinese people in your prayers.  By posting this question, you are also doing something so important - letting them know that there are people who really do care.

You can't help much because China is a communist nation where all the money and aid is stolen by party beaurocrats, military generals, and the politicians in the politburo.  Just look at Myanmar, all the aid was stolen and people continue to starve to death even after a few weeks after the cyclone.  Also the Chinese government has not disclosed that a nuclear "facility" was completely destroyed in the quake and might have possibly exposed millions of people to radioactive particles.

The people of China are continuously being lied to by the government when all the images are politicians just saying they are doing everything and you can see how underground videos show even greater devastation with people running around for water and food.  

Only Chinese people can get rid of all the lying corrupt communist and military cronies if they want to live in a more free society that cares about their citizens instead of the few who have the power and control over them.  This goes for any government that doesn't take care of their own even in the US , think Hurricane Katrina before, during, and after the storm.

but if we send money how do we reallly know its going to them?? I really want to help them, i really do, but being a teen i can't do much...so im going to prayer!

We can't do much..its upseting, but i heard china want to deal with this problem them selves and wont let in UN workers?
