How can i help my brother who has a Criminal Record?

So he needs to find a job,and has been in/out of jail i cant find anything online,to help him,an agency or something in Chicago for Convicts,if he resorts to his old ways he's gonna end up died or in jail,In Chicago where can i find him the help.

Have him speak with his probation officer or any probation officer.  They may have helpful information there.  Best of luck to you, I do hope your brother gets his life in order and stays on the right side of the law.

There are always organizations that can help. Do a web seacrh in you area on the topic and begin there. As a general premise you should be able to find what you are looking for.
