Tuesday afternoon i was chewing on this kinda sharp plastic object (the little plastic tab you pull off of the top of the water bottles that come with the mouthpiece to drink).

i felt i had cut my gums up but they werent really swollen. Come wed. night, i'm eating real sharp food and my gums start to hurt real bad. i go to brush my teeth and pretty much all my front gums were bleeding a bit. they felt really sensitive. since then they have been swollen.

I've applied ice today and it's seemed to help with the swelling a bit.

any help?

thanks

  1. first, dont chew on nothing sharp, thats stupid, just keep brushing ur teeth and put ice on ur gums before u go to bed.if it dnt work go to the dentist

  2. the use of an all natural oral rinse is beneficial in getting a quick heal on the gums because it helps fight off bacteria which is the cause of all sorts of dental worries. it keeps the mouth hydrated leaving bacteria under under control. it is also best to play close attention to a good program of oral hygiene to prevent plaque and tartar from forming on teeth and gums.  for more tips about natural gum cures visit http://www.oramd.co.uk
