How can i help others with little or no inconvenience too myself?

You usually won't be able to do that. When you help, it does involve you getting involved in the matter. Unless you have lots of helpers, whom then you can instruct them to do the work on your behalf, you would have to get involved.

The true spirit of helping others is to go out of your way to help them. If you do not want to get involved, then it won't be called 'help'. You might as well turn the other way and not see it so that you don't have to help.

Have you heard of this:'Do to others what you want others to do to you'., meaning you extend your help to others who need help and you do what you know best therefore it did not incur any problem or inconvenience to yourself but at the same time you help others to solve their problems.  You would not know one day, you might need that person help to solve your own problem with his specialty.  

You only can help others with what you know best, so no problem to you.
