How can i help the prince get back his necklace in Kingdom Hearts 2 ?

So i have the power magnet, but i don't know who to talk to to go back to the prince . It's in Atlantica in Kingdom Hearts 2 . Help ?!

  1. you have to talk to flounder

    then when the option to go get it comes up

    just press yes.
