  1. on yahoo groups, only the owners the full e-mail addresses on the group, members will only see them if they get individual mail. there is a setting to allow members to hide thier addresses, but this setting is not reversible and you'll loose the polls feature. members also have to check a spot on their membership to hide the address-

    this is located under memberships in group settings


  2. Most yahoo ID is created for joining the group and only that is seen. So it does not matter.

    I think there are some mail options. Go check the site. Managerial choices. See where you can check it.
