  1. Breathe before you do it, like really fast, then breathe a couple of times really slow, but deep breaths, then a couple of normal breaths to make sure your heart rate isn't up too much, then go for it. My record is 1 minute 42 sec by the way. And if you swim you'll eventually develop good lungs. If you don't start smoking, that is.

  2. idk?

    i guess you're talented?

  3. idk but wow i think thats good for 15

try running to get better at breathing

    practice holding ur breath

hope that helps and good luck=]

  4. Hyperventilate...and when you go under the water....relax and close your eyes.....forget about being in the water... watch a movie with your mind or something...works for me:D

  5. meet someone who can take your breathe away  for 3 mintues :)

  6. Just take a few breath before go underwater. Remember to relax your mind. You are better than my time, my longest was being 1 min 20 sec.

  7. practice slow breathing before you do hold your breath make sure your really calm u cant be nervous it will just make it harder

  8. i made it to 45 sec lol...

but seriously u shudnt hold ur breath that long, it cud damage ur lungs =)

  9. Think about something else while you're holding your breath. Don't think about holding your breath that just throughs you off.

  10. practice my record is 1 minute 7seconds, so u better and i am 16!

  11. Try practicing your lung capacity or your stamina by jogging or etc.

    "Practice makes perfect!"

  12. Just keep practicing!  Every day, just try to add five seconds to your time.  Make sure you don't push yourself too hard- you could pass out and drown!
