How can i identify it is lady boy or girl

i have seen photos of lady boys in thailand, they look almost like real girls. How can i know that they are ladyboys or real girls? Can i ask them directly or it will be rude? i dont want to get a ladyboy while trying to get a real girl, can somebody will help me?

i agree! my mom has pictures with thai g**s from when she went there and i can say, they not only look like real girls, they also look very pretty. i think the best you can do is try comparing them with regular girls, you know how most g**s over dress and like over do every thing girls do? its very noticeable, ex. the b***s, if they accentuate too much, and if theyre extra tall (most asian girls are shorter than asian boys). also, ask them something, anything under the sun. youll notice it in his voice if he's really a guy.

You can ask, but once  you do you know by the voice.  Other ways are the adam apple or the broader shoulders and hand then a Thai lady.  You could also grab them between the legs like I used to do when I was drunk.  I am sure the Marine has other more polite ways to tell also.

In all the years I have lived in Thailand, there was only ONE ladyboy that I could not tell if it was ladyboy or not. This person was working in one of the nightclubs serving drinks. I bet my female friend that the person was a ladyboy because she thought no way this person can be a ladyboy and I had her ask the ladyboy. As soon as I heard the voice I knew for sure. But the ladyboy answered politely yes I am a ladyboy.

You may never know.  Shaved Adams apples, post op they may be dressed properly below the border so checking the package won't work.  I understand that even if they have a s*x change they are still considered male so you might ask to see their Thai identity card.  

Many ladyboys tend to be overly feminine so that may be a clue.  They also tend to walk like western women with the hip swing while northern girls walk flat footed because of working in the rice paddies.  

You could also follow Khun Bob around and buy him drinks, once he's drunk he seems to become an expert.  Any lady he goes after must be a real girl.

Oh and if I find out my wife's a dude, its over.

I think the voice is the best giveaway - most are tall too.. some can be quite convincing but if you are not sure, you could always ask - I doubt a ladyboy will want to risk a rude welcoming if they bring a surprise, unannounced guest to the party... of course, if it actually is a girl and you do ask, you can probably cross her off your best friends list...

though the photos can be quite attractive, when you are up close, you should be able to tell...

There are tell tales signs like there voice will be different, they will generally have bigger hands, they will have generally more make-up than the average Thai girl.

Other sign is the elbow joints, a ladies arm generally points outwards if held straight.

If she is flaboyient or if your in a Lady boy only bar that is a real giveaway.. but if you have got to Caurosel then you are ever very drunk, or secretly wanting to talk a ladyboy back.

Boy from my experience, you can tell by the voice & there is nothing better than checking it out yourself by feeling them.

Taxi drivers also gave me a lot of feedback. They can tell you which areas all the Ladyboys usually work so if you might want to run to another area.

Ask the locals i.e. taxi drivers, they will usually help a lot. If you are a foreigner, they already know you are horny...haha just kidding

look from behind. (that way they won't know) are they an hour glass shape? if so, most likely a woman. Or a triangle, widest part the shoulders? It's a lady boy.

Also, generally most real woman won't be as made up, nervous, or concerned about their looks as the lady boy is. The lady boy oftentimes is more beautiful!

Some are obvious because they walk or stand like a man or their voice is deeper but the ones who are "beautiful" and "feminine" cannot  be detected.  They have ladyboy beauty contest on TV that you would never detect the contestants were ladyboys if the announcer did not so report.
