  1. practice ball toss. Maybe higher and do the right timing

  2. im not really sure if this works or not because ive never really tried it myself, but this is what i hear from other people:

    go to a court

have a bunch of balls near your feet or in a basket so you dont have to keep bending down. and by a bunch of balls, i mean A LOT. enough so that you dont have to be picking them after every minute

then just hit one after the other

when you run out of balls, just pick them all up and repeat on the other side, or any side you prefer.

  3. practice makes perfect, it helps to have someone look at your serve and telll you what you can do to improove it.  Even take a video camera and record it, then watch it and look for where tweaks you can do to improoove.

    Some basics are:

    wrist pronation

toss the balll straight up, not behind your body

hit the ball at the highest point you can reach

use your knees!  bend them and use them to extend up so you can hit the ball at a higher height.

  4. Practice mabey?

  5. If you want the serve to be harder, toss the ball in front of you, so that when you swing, you extend your knees ( coming from a bent position), you jump into the court. Also make sure that you are not bending your back. My serve is probably the best part of my game, however, I used to bend my back, which comes from tossing the ball to far behind you. It can cause back problems, however it can be confusing, because it can also lead to great serve results. Just remember that the same results can be achieved with a less extreme toss.

  6. theres more to the stance, footwork, form and toss. theres also from what i think one of the most important the timing of when you hit the ball in the air, and if you get everything in one motion it will be more likely you will get it in. Try trowing the ball high(not too high), infront of you so its easier. If you want to be consistent hit slice serves by throwing the ball abit to the right and hit it more on the side(it will force you to hit it harder because its abit slower then a flat serve.

    GOOD LUCK!!!
