Question:

How can i improve my baseball skills?.?

Anything things from swinging bats or doing some sort of weight lifiting. Any Drill or anything to strengthen my to swing a bat better. Just what ever that can improve my skills.

Try to do some lower body exercises like squats because a lot of the power in your swing comes from your legs.  Also you need to work on the rotation of your hips.  When you get your legs and hips into your swing thats where a lot of your power will come from.  Also try and grabbing a weight plate and just practice moving rotating your hips or take a weighted ball and throw it by rotating your hips.

  3. im just gonna assume your in high school, its great if you are thinking about becoming an impact player now.

    first of all find a good partner, run, run, run, and then play long toss

    to really get good at long toss, just warm up and get to 120 feet. no rainbows, you want to throw the ball as hard as you can while still hitting your target. if you actually are having trouble thowing to a target 120 feet away thats okay. throw it as hard as you can even if it hits the ground, because eventually your arm will get stronger.

    after long toss (you want to do it 4 or more days a week) run run run some more.

    as weightlifting goes, it really depends on how develooped your body is. But if you are ready to lift, squats are important (power is comprised much more of lower body than upper body)

    Also make sure you do tons of situps to get your core strong.

    if you combine lifting with throwing on the same day, throw, lift, run.

    take alot of cuts off of a tee, hitting off of a tee is a critical part of developing a hitter. If you can try putting a tire on a post or something that you can turn with your bat, its will help you put maximum effort into your swings.

    but yea just stay consitent, getting your legs and abs strong are much more important than the rest of the upper body (but of course kidsd gotta have big arms and chest), thrown alot swing alot and youll be good to go.
