How can i improve my cheer jumps? ?

  1. stretch a lot, work out your lef strength because its all about the jump and when you have strong leg muscles the hight you'll be able to jump


  2. stretching and practice, practice, practice

  3. If you do calf raises and squats you should be fine. While the squats are harder to do than lunges (they require a gym and a spotter) they are one of the most beneficial things you can do to help your jumping.

  4. i think you're in the wrong category...but you could try squats and lunges (both for leg muscles) and situps and pushups (both for ab strength--helps your vertical)...try some body conditioning it helps for your muscles
