How can i improve my eight vision?

i have glasses does it have any effect on the eyes? lets say after 5 years will it have any effect?

Not sure what you mean by eight vision, but I believe youre asking if you will need stronger glasses in 5 years. The answer to that is in your genes.. some people only need 1 prescription and it might last 10 to 20 years. Others, like me, need a new prescription about every 3 years, though only slightly stronger than before.

So theres no guarantee youll be in bottlecaps by 60, but theres no certainty that you wont.

Artificial corrections(glasses, contacts, surgery) tend to encourage the incorrect vision habits. Incorrect vision habits squeeze our eyes out of shape and give us blurry vision.

Blurry vision is not genetic it is how we use our eyes. We can learn blurry vision behaviors from our parents and siblings.

In order to improve our eyesight we need to upgrade our vision software for these complicated times. We need to unlearn the incorrect vision habits, reintegrate the correct vision behaviors, and undo the damage from artificial corrections and blur.
