  1. Like you said you will, keep making your jog longer each day.  Try going two more minutes every day.  Also increase your push ups and sit ups.  To make them easier do them during commercials while your watching tv or when you take a break from your homework, just knock out some push ups or sit ups. You'll be surprised how much you do in one day. Also I recommend the perfect push up, it works your abs, triceps, shoulders and back. The perfect push up comes with a calendar and instruction manual so you can use that. Here's the website: http://www.perfectpushup.com/

Eat healthy, it's good to have 3 solid meals, but snacking isn't good, try to keep it to breakfast lunch and dinner.

    Good Luck

  2. be sure to eat before you jog, because if you dont your body can go into a catabolic state and actually make you store food that you eat as fat. also eat something after you finish like a fruit or lean protein.another exercise you can try and do is resistance training with like resistance bands if you have them. if you dont, you can usually get some for like 15 dollars or less at alocal store. hope this helped!

  3. "side bends" stand strait up, and bend to your right, to where your right hand, can touch your right knee, or below it. then go to your left, and do the same thing. you hands don't have to go down and touch your knee, but that just helps explain it. it works your sides, getting rid of love handles, since those are really hard to lose. I'd say start off with doing 15 of those. every week do 3-5 more side bends, walk 5 more minutes, do 5 more sit ups and push ups. make sure your also dieting, mucle builds up under fat, if you don't diet you won't really lose the fat, making it 2x's longer to see results. just eat healthy, don't drink pop or energy drinks, drink alottt of water, atleast 5 cups a day, eat only healthy food, no junk food, and try to eat alittle bit of food, like 6 times throught the day. when you eat alot at once, it's hard on your body, and just decides to put most of it into fat. but if you eat say, a bananna, and a bowl of cereal, then a few hours later eat a bowl of fruit, a few hours later some vegies, a few hours later a few fish sticks, it'll teach your stomach to shrink, not be hungry all the time, and also to put the right nutrition in the right places.

also, keep in mind. losing 2 pounds a week is normal. if you lose 3-6 pounds a week, great. but if you don't, and you only lose a pound or two, that's finne. atleast your losing it, and soon you'll be to your goal weight. it may take a long time, but trust me, it's worth it. even if it took a year, to lose say 100 pounds, it will be worth it once you get there, trust me.
