Unfortunately, there's not much you can do to improve it.  There are some surgical alternatives for some cases, and some corneal molding options that temporarily change vision, but generally, your vision is what it is.

If you want you can get Artificial Corrections(glasses, contacts, surgery) Artificial corrections can give us amazing clarity if our vision has been blurry. Everyone should see how clear things can be. They don't deal with the real issues of blur though so our vision gets worse and worse year after year.

Or you can waste your effort, time, and hope on really cool eye exercises(eye pushups, eye aerobics, eye yoga). "Work those lazy eye muscles", "You need to get into your eye zen". Our eyes are plenty strong, they don't need to be exercised. We don't see animals or babies doing eye pushups.

Or you can play the carrot game: any time anyone asks about improving eyesight just say "Carrots."

Or you can believe that our bodies are amazing and that we are just interfering with them. You can learn what we are doing to interfere with our natural perfect eyesight, and how to buck our cultral trend and learn how to see correctly.
