  1. you cant increase the night sight. just can maintain the normal vision. eat food having more vitamin A like mangoes, green leafy vegetables, butter, milk and milk products etc.

it required take vit A injection after consulting your doc. but i dont think u need it..

  2. Doing YOGA is the natural way of improving eyesight.

Eating a lot of leafy vegetables, carrots etc will help you to avoid it.

  3. carrots and spinach

  4. Oh easy, i learned this when i was young. During the night, star into a candle flame until your eyes water. Do not expect immediate results!

It takes around a month to do so(I think).

  5. check out this video i saw last week on LifeHacker.com

    http://lifehacker.com/software/body-hack...

Is a pretty good tutorial on how to improve your night vision, most of them really do work, i was taught a lot of them in the army.

Also avoid eating Junk food, red meat etc and eat lots of leafy vegetables and carrots.

  6. Ok, the military would ordinarily put everyone in a room with red lighting so that you can adjust to the night, (when on night maneuvers).

Or, you can close your eyes for an hour and have something over them so that the light doesnt penetrate and you will be able to see 'better' at night that way.

But, if you have some kind of 'condition' where you have night blindness or impairment of the eyes at night, nothing will help you see better because its in the nerves of the eye (at the back of the eyes, the receptors), and unless they have advancements that I dont know about yet, they cant do a thing for you, for that condition.

Not even lasix surgery can help you on that one.

Now, as for food that you should avoid...RED MEAT!

Cholesteral is a factor in closing off small veins and you definetely have them in the eyes and brain, (its why they are really into trying to reduce your cholesteral so that you will live longer and have less effect on all organs).

There is a great book called THE REVERSAL DIET that I am reading and it tells you the benefiets of being a vegetarian and the effect of a lot of things you wouldnt even think about, that affect your body in bad ways...

May the LORD be with you.

    I wish you well...

  7. buy a torch

  8. Nothing.I've tried it all.

  9. Unfortunately, I'm on vacation now. I have a book back at home that has all the great stuff about vision and what to eat. But I do remember that you have to eat foods with a lot of vitamin A--mainly carrots and leafy greens.

I know you want naturally, but...

If you are really desperate or are asking this for a specific, important reason, then you might want to try surgery. They have laser surgery, etc. that can mingle with the vains in a certain part of your eye. The best way I can describe the reason for your seeing troubles is because some of the veins aren't getting enough blood, so they have a problem feeding the information you are seeing and projecting it to the "screen" in your brain, where the vision part comes in. The less blood, the worse your vision. I wouldn't recommend taking a blood thinner, though. That isn't the best thing for you and can lead to really stretched, bruised, painful skin, just like my grandfathers.

    Good luck!!
