Are you going for standard or just casual.

If you are going for standard, you have to take out the grenades because they are not standard legal.  Also, when you say Lightning, what do you mean, there are 29 cards with the word lightning in it's name.

Otherwise,

Goblin Shenanigans is a must.  Since you will be saccing your goblins or they will be killed in combat, you can at least use them to deal 1 damage when they die.

Fodder Launch is also a must.  You can kill off a creature and deal 5 damage to that creature's controller.

Frogtosser Banneret makes your goblins cheaper by 1.

Lightning Crafter is a nice replacement for your lightning thing.  It's a reusable Lightning Bolt every turn.
