  1. its not posible really. i mean i guess u could just keep practicing them over that time period over and over but it probably wont work very well


  2. You are not going to be able to build muscle to make you jump a lot higher. Maybe you should just practice getting your jump more effiecient.

    If you have more time doing some plyometric exercises will help increase your muscle explosiveness and strength.  

  3. You can't. :^( Improving jumps is a long-term objective that takes a lot of commitment and work.

  4. I have a cheer coach as a mom so u can practice frog jumps long jumps and try lighter shoes like nike 40 shoes BEWARE they r green though

  5. hmm? im not sure if in can be done in 2 and a half hours..but you can try this, im a basketball player and im not thee tallest but i get more rebounds then anyone else on my team even the taller ones. they all say they cant believe my hops haha.but heres what i do, i jump rope everyday or atleast every other day for 15 minutes...and jumpin on a trampoline helps ALOT! so if you have them both i suggest you start doing them before your 2 1/2 hours runs up!

  6. honestly, you can either have someone pull ur limbs from four different directions for that long, or have s*x in positions where ur calves are used most for an hour, or you can take steriods and run for an hour!

    honestly all of these work! except the 1st lol! :P
