  1. when I was having trouble with my hitting.....I bout a jump rope and some ankle weights and jump roped every day


  2. yeah like every one days jump every day, something easy in the morning or when u have time just jump rope for 15 minutes make sure to strecht out tho u don't want to pull anything

    jump rope everyday until your calf muscles hurt

  6. jump as as high as u can then a little jump the anuda high jump then a small jump then u just repeat

  8. ihad the same issue cause im short...

    do squats and do up touches

    (get on a wall and mark a spot a foot from the highest you can reach not on your tippy toes and jump to that 10 times a day)

    do high jumps too

    (when you run occasionally lift your knee as high as you go switching time to time)
