Question:

How can i improve my knockout punch ?

I go to the gym and have a punchbag so any methods involving them two would be good but any other suggestions would also be helpful! Thanks

  1. Well strength training is the key !

    I'm not really talking about getting bigger and thicker but building your little muscles in your body that make you faster.  Like lifting less weight and more reps.  Its NOT all about that ONE punch because if your always JUST going for one punch it could turn up bad for you.  You need to outlast your opponent.  And to do this you NEED lots of conditioning.  So now, with your Speed and Conditioning you will out last him and then you have a better chance of getting inside and putting him to the floor :) Good luck
