How can i improve my looks? (pics included)?

ok well school started and i have my eyes on this cute guy, how can i improve my looks. I'm very conscious and i think im ugly. please help it would mean the world to me.

It would be much easier for me to give you tips if your pictures were color....I would see your eye color, hair color, skin tone etc.

you're not ugly at all! you're pics are very cute. but if you really want to change something i would suggest just a little mascara and a cute hair style. From what i saw in the pics you would look cute with shorter hair. or maybe just highlights??? idk since the pics were black and white.

OKayy heres the thing. you dont have to change your looks at all to make a guy like you. if the guy is really gonna like you he should like you for you and not for anything more or less. Who cares about looks? I used to be self consious cause my best friend is gorgeous. So i was talking to my best guy friend about it and he said too bad. Pesonality Matters. SO if you stick to that, just be your self and not anyone else, he will. Just casually talk to him. Let him get to know you and Maybe things will happen.

u kinda look like miley cyrus in the last pic.u r actually very pretty.u look like my sis who`s a makeup artist.add some blond highlights to ur hair,use clear brown,kinda shiny lipgloss.go 4 a lite brown colour.use tan blush if u have tan skin and use light pink if u have fair skin.open your hair,dont tie it.get a french pedicure and manicure.
