How can i improve my looks?

OK, so i was wondering hairstyle/colour and make-up and by the way in this photo i have no make-up at all on so its rlly yuck haha but yeh thnx a heap in advance ;)

-No foundation you have quite nice skin.

-If you must have a light sweeping of powder and a hint of blusher on the balls of your cheeks.

you have a gorgeous face and there is so much room for potential here!!! ok first, you should lighten your hair, not full on blonde, maybe a lovley golden brown color with highlights, but treat yourself to a salon cut and color because they will do it vertyy proffessional. also ask for a side fringe, that would look so cute!

make-up wise, you look like youre wearing very little make up here and obviously dont need to wear a lot to look pretty. try a light foundation base, or a tinted moisturiser, dont cake your beautiful skin up. clinique is good as it wont clog your pores. then a mascara so you have lovley long lashes and a rosy coloured blusher to define your cheekbones. i reccomend maybelline. your lips are quite thin, try a nude natural lipstick or gloss, a rosy coloured one would look great, and your lips will look a lot fuller.

you can have a side fringe, and a few layers.  you can dye it completly or have a few highlights. or lowlights of course.

u look pretty ok w/out makeup! u could actualy pull off a brownish blonde (dirty blonde) or maybe an auburn. so watever u r most comfortable w/. for makeup, i would say an eyebrow pencil (i think yur eyebrows r too skinny and far apart, idk if that is natural tho, sori.), a lil bitta brown eyeliner, some browninsh black mascara, foundation/tinted moisturizer/concealer, and lipgloss. u r reli pretty, so u probably wont even need that much!!!
