Like at my school 4 laps = 1 mileOkay around 6min and 40sec im on my last lap but im so pooped out i cant run more and iget a time like 11min an 20sec. just yesterday we ran the mile and i got 10min and 50 sec.but since im going to be in athlectics next year i have to get under 10 minSooo how can i stop from being so tired on my last lap.Thanks a bunch
