How can i improve my overall physique? I was wondering what kind of a diet and exercises i could do to?

help make myself have a more toned body like a swimmer or diver. I recently started running and riding a bike (for when its raining), i primarily want to target my abdominals and pecks, anything helps! thank you

  1. its hard very hard. u really have to be dedicated and commited to working out. i get lazy many times and say i dont wanna workout but i have to. ok for your abs jus do old school crunches sit ups work your obliqes your love handles push ups also help biulding abs. eat healthy lose body fat u can have a hard good 6 pack but u cant see it if u have a layer of fat over it. so yea jus keep working no chips taco's soda or any of that u can but not that often. jus keep workin and buy a home gym


  2. If you want a "swimmer or diver" body, here's a novel idea: why don't you try swimming or diving instead of running or biking?
