How can i improve my stool?

I go to school from 7 am-4pm. I wake up 6 in the morning. I have a problem with stool.. I cannot "go" to the bathroom without drinking prune juice every night. I'm so sick of drinking prune juice! i hate the taste/ but i really have to drink it or else i will feel like i have to "go" at school i don't like doing it at school because it is such a hassle, and i have limited time. How can i train my body to stool every time i get home? like at night probably? please help!

  1. Real straightforward. I think you need to see the doctor.  Consider that some of this could be psychological and the prune juice may well now be more a mental crutch.  Caffiene works this way, too.  Think of people who honestly believe something wont be right unless they get their AM coffee.

  4. First off.. Prune juice EVERY night can't be good for your body at all. Your body will get used to it and need it all the time and it can weaken your intestines and make it hard for you to hold it in. I have trouble sometimes to and I found that the best thing is orange juice it helps a lot and  eating less bread or anything that can make it easier as well, fruit is always good too. You can't really train your body to go at a certain time but try going every morning before going to school instead of holding it in all day. Hope this was a little helpful. =]
