How can i improve my team skills?

Question

I am a excellent individual player, i usually win 1 on 1 matches and even some 5 on 5 matches when i'm not under pressure.

But when i play with a strict coach and etc, i don't play well and i don't dare use special moves and passes and i somehow play bad.

How to solve?

use special passes once in a while when u drive.

just paly like u would five on five, but do so in the coaches offense. it is also important not to get nervous. the coaches are their to make u better, even though they can be strict. if u try ur best 2 do what they say, there is no reason for them to get mad at u. u can also use ur moves when u are one on one and going to the basket. and maybe on a fast break every once in a while.
