  1. hit your ceiling or ceiling fan

run up and down you stairs (if you have them)

    eat a well balenced diet

look up and do some plyometrics exercises

    calf raises

    leg lifts

jump up and down 20 consectutive times as high as you can rest and repeat 5 times

do anything to build up your legs

good luck and i hope this helps

  2. plyometrics. jumping straight up and down. jump roping. trampoline. sprinting.

  3. jump repetitivly.  just over and over and over.  3 inches my vertical went up from jumping with soup cans in my hands around the house.

  4. Plyometrics, squating (make sure to go at least parallel), calf raises, power cleaning, and snatching are great ways to improve your verticle.

  5. do alott of squat jumpss!

and if you have a not too high ceiling try to touch that

    it really helped me

im really short for a volleyball player like 5'4 but i can jump really really highh

    haha
