  2. If you're talking of wanting to be able to jump higher to attack, try working on your approach and armswing. Best of luck!

  3. get a box or something about half as tall as u and practice jumping up on it and back off, that should help.

  4. plyometrics . . . box jumps ~ over, down from and up to a box or boxes 12-24" inches in height . . . great for explosive power

    . . . a former track athlete of mine, who also played volleyball, increased her vertical 6" for outside hitting in volleyball and helped her clear 5'3" in the high jump . . . all because of the plyos she did during the summer . . .
