  1. When i get bad skin i use a face mask (u can make your own ones, but i buy mine in chemists etc.. for like £1) all you gotta do is clean your face with warm water, pat dry add the face mask leave it on for 10-15 minutes and then wash it off and your face will be glowing and it really dries the spots up so they don't look half as bad,

Do this on a weekly basis and your skin will be looking fab

    Gd Luck!

  2. Okay try pure peppermint oil, with some type of Apricot scrub, when you shower, or at least once a day.

Then after you wash your face with the oil and scrub, use some moisturizer.

    This works wonders!

  3. eat healthy , drink lots of water and exercise in fresh air ,

  4. The moisturizer that your using is what? and that might be clogging up your pores causing these whiteheads.

If you don't wash your face well or leave some cleanser on your face, it builds up and leaves you with whiteheads. Another way that people get them is by not exfoliating enough. Usually, you should use an exfoliating cleanser 1-2 times every 2 weeks. It helps unclog your pores and will leave you with smooth skin.

    * Don't use a pin and poke a hole in the whitehead. It will only make you break out more!*

To get rid of whiteheads, use a steaming hot wash cloth around your nose. It will help open your pores making it easier to clean it out. Either use a blackhead extractor. It says its for blackheads, but it works all the same for whiteheads as well. You should see white pus coming out, which means its shrinking and going away. After, you need to wash your face with a facial cleanser. Then, rub a little alcohol over the area, it may look a little red for a few days. But it will go away.

Also, if the pus doesn't come out, don't force it! You might have cystic acne, and, in that case, you need to see your doctor or dermatologist. You'll need much more then a blackhead extractor to get a cyst out.

Hopefully this will help you out

    Good Luck :)

  5. As men progress from their teens, they don't sometimes realise how important it is to look after facial skin... (that's why women tend to obsess!!)

It's never too late to start a daily skin regime, and I would recommend the following products from the Clinique skin care range made specially for men:

Scruffing Lotion- it will remove dead skin cells and impurities to keep skin extra fresh and clean on a daily basis

M Lotion- to keep the skin hydrated and absorb all essential vitamins

Face scrub- will soften any rough areas, and lift up any stubbon hairs and ingrowing ones before shaving to ensure a perfect shave!!

MAKE SURE YOU GO TO A CLINIQUE COUNTER FOR A CONSULTATION FIRST!! because they have all those products i've mentioned for different skin types, so you will need an analysis first!!

LOL, i must sound nuts- but i'm a firm believer of taking care of skin and I constantly bug my boyfriend about the importance of cleasing and moisturising!
