your question is not full.i need your age to tell things.because age is one determining factor.anyway i can answer you n general.take lot of protein rich food.do physical works like skipping,jumping,pull ups etc.there is kind of occupuncture wise designed slippers and you can try wearing that and walk while you walk which can increase the energy flow in your body and make you increase your height.
